From 2016 some new workshops are now available:
# Leading and Working Your Role Workshop (2 hours) : This workshop tailored for staff and/or leadership teams at school or system level assists participants to reflect on and understand how they are empowered and authorised to lead the school through their role. # School Leadership Team Meetings - Maximising Strategic Effectiveness Workshop (90 minutes): This workshop for school or system leadership team members focuses on how school leadership team meetings can be used more effectively to monitor, review and execute strategy.
# Organisational Role Analysis Workshop (2 hours) Sometimes roles get stuck in organisations and lose their effectiveness or new roles are created to better address the needs of a school/system. This workshop is a one on one workshop for predominantly senior leaders in schools or systems to enable them to learn how they can effectively 'work their present or new role' to address the changing contexts in which the organisation's mission in enacted.
